When you are in St Ives, you have to worry more about the seagulls then the pickpockets! They keep a close eye on their favourite food shops and they will quickly snatch your whole hot pasty… you won’t even know what hit you till it’s to late. Be especially aware of children, as these large birds can be very aggressive. Whenever you take any food in your hands, several seagulls will start observing you from the rooftops, then they will start flying over you, till one of them commits to a dive on you. It can be quite scary!
